The Scenery In Juneau Is Spectacular

My family has always been curious about the capital city of the Last Frontier, Juneau. So I hired a charter bus trip to Juneau last vacation and made all plans to make the journey ever memorable. Of course, the first thing that I did was to take the charter bus to the absolutely breathtaking scenic attractions like Gastineau Channel and Mount Roberts. Juneau is totally different from the traditional metropolitan cities of United States.

Juneau’s remoteness has also protected it from over-commercialization. The “San Francisco of the North” has a beautifully intact historic district that wends between scenic Gastineau Channel and the peak of Mount Roberts.

The scenery in Juneau is spectacular and my family members did not have time to take the charter bus for Juneau sport fishing and sightseeing. Our charter bus took us to The Alaska State Museum that was established in 1900. The purpose of the Museum was to collect, preserve and exhibit objects from the territory. In 1920, the collection of the Alaska Historical Museum was made available to the public in the Arctic Brotherhood Building in Juneau.

We planned a stop at the Glacier Bay National Park and my daughter loved the Juneau region’s most well-known feature that is the world-famous Inside Passage visited every summer by the world’s luxury cruise ships. We also enjoyed fishing, camping, hiking and rafting those are among the activities that attract visitors to the park.

It was a thrilling moment when our charter bus stopped at Mount Roberts Tramway for a quick hiking trip. The hike was good but the better part of the trip was when we went on the 6 minute ride up on a tram on the 1,670 mountain slope. The Juneau scenery is breathtaking, thanks to busneeds.com.

I would love to troll for salmon and halibut but it is on the agenda for our next charter bus trip to Juneau. Our final stop was at Chan’s Thai Kitchen, what a way to end the day trip. It was a great time and we have already begun to plan our next trip back to Juneau.
